Laloo Yadav's pranks are unfathomable.
His admirers and critics exist not only India, even in Pakistan also. As
Pakistan has the penchant of competing with India in every respect, it
is not much behind in this respect also. When people in Pakistan cut jokes
or speak humorously, Bihari style is obvious in their talk. These people
are not behind in ridiculing or making a joke of the Government here. When
a despot like Parvez Musharraf talks of democracy, people taunt him with
saying 'Kaiuva Chala Hans ki Chaal' (Now crow is walking in the style of
a Swan). When India was taking a strong stand against Pakistan, Musharraf
was threatening India with Nuclear bomb now and then. On this background,
Pakistani citizens while asking each other for anything, they were saying
"Bring that Musharraf's Nuclear bomb." Pak citizen do not trust Musharraf
a bit. Just like Indians, Pakistanis are also quick in ridiculing our Indian
leaders. Some time back, there was an amusing discussion in the Parliament
regarding the marriage of Laloo. Pakistani papers also published this news
right on the front and that too in a box. Daily Millat had given the heading
"Laloo ki Laila". In this news, it further said that Sakshi Tanwar of the
serial 'Kahani Ghar Ghar ki' had said, 'As an husband, I will select Laloo".
This news item also highlighted the description of how best wishes were
given to Laloo on it in the Parliament. On that day, the discussions in
Pakistan were all about the marriage of Laloo. There is always space for
news about Laloo. One poet has found out the genesis of his name "Laloo".
There are many words having much common in the word 'Laloo'. Has it been
derived from Lala or Lalla? In fact, the original word is Laal. Its pronouncement
changes from place to place. One thing is certain that a person of low
intelligence is called Lalloo.
Pakistani people say, 'why are you
making such a fuss over Laloo? You have yourselves have elected him. In
Pakistan, we do not create only 2-3 Laloos, but we have a whole crop of
them.' They are not only in Karachi, but are sent upto Islamabad to Lahore
and Lahore to Peshawar. Indian Laloo's antics are exposed before everybody.
But the pranks of Laloos in Pak are not divulged. Indian Laloo plays only
in politics.
The area near Karachi which is called
'Laloo Khet' is actually a joint for Pakistan's Badshahas. From the very
beginning, this has been a joint for drugs-trafficking. For some time Havala
racket was rampant here. But Afghanistan was attacked by Russia and Pathans
arrived here in large numbers. They closed their business of Lending and
started the trade of arms. As a result, this area became a centre of Mafia.
When the fight between the Sindhi and Mujahirs started, hoodlums and arms
were sent on hire from here only. Whether it is democracy or Military regime
in Pakistan, it makes no difference for the people from Laloo Khet. Police
and military persons obey their orders. No Government interferes in their
life. Out of all the women carried away in Pakistan, 90 percent women are
from here. The remote of all the international events in Pakistan is operated
from here.
The extremists of Pakistanis are
coined here. They are then sent in Kashmir for infiltration. The news about
what Dawood is doing in Pakistan and in which country terror is to be spread,
can be obtained from the leaders of Laloo Khet. Pakistan is proud of this
area. Amazing thing is not a single Pakistani actress is in love with any
Laloo of Laloo Khet. Not only Sakshi Tanwar, but Zubeda Bakhtiar of Pakistan
is also a fan of Laloo. Zubeda Bakhtiar is not an ordinary woman, but she
is a member of the International Club of Rawalpindi. She is also an expert
on politics. She was a senate member of the earlier Pakistan parliament.
She is now making preparations for the October elections.
Three Pakistanis were included in
the Conference of Central Asiatic Women. Zubeda was one of them. When they
are in Pakistan, Pakistanis have a bias against Indians. But outside, they
feel a closeness for Indians. Pakistani people show interest in Indian
Cinema and politics. One member of the Indian delegation asked her whom
did she think to be the most influential leader. In answer, Zubeda took
the name of Laloo. Everybody else laughed. But there was seriousness in
her answer. She said, "I minutely observed Laloo when in I was in Patna.
He is the India's only leader who has the exact pulse of the people. Laloo
only has the skill to listen to the common man's problems."
Zubeda likes Laloo because he has
made his wife his political heir. In Indian sub-continent, there is not
a single leader who had made his wife C. M. Laloo may be criticised by
the Indian people to any extent, but in foreign countries, there are many
persons who value him.
