Bharatiya Janata Party Literature and Publication Cell State president Deepak Vijayvargiya in a statement here on Wednesday said that Central Government should do all comprehensive efforts for getting justice to the Sikhs who have been displaced from the Taliban-affected areas of Pakistan. For this it is must that international pressure be created on Pakistan, he added.

The Centre should create support of all the commonwealth countries so that the minorities Sikhs could be saved from the barbarous treatment by the Taliban.

Vijayvargiya also said that it is the responsibility of all commonwealth countries, including Pakistan, to create pressure so that the destitute Sikhs could get proper relief and lead a respected life in their country.

He said that the efforts made by the UPA Government in this direction are not satisfying. They just registered protest by just calling the Pakistan High Commission officials. It is necessary India to create international pressure into the issue, he added.
