The day the fundamentalism will
end in Pakistan, that day, Pakistan will be divided. To sustain fundamentalism,
terrorism is a must. And hence the Prime Minister of Pakistan says that
nobody would believe that Pakistan would abandon the terrorism. If Mohammed
Ali Jeena and Muslim League had not announced fundamentalism (fundamentalism),
Pakistan would not have come into existence. Fundamentalism is the character
of Pakistan. It cannot be separated from Pakistan. If Pakistan is body,
fundamentalism is its soul.
India has put a condition that till
Pakistan does not stop terrorism, no talks can be held with it. People
from Pakistan talk on this subject hotly, but do not give practical form
to it. It is not in their hands to do this all. There is an
international gang of terrorists and it is imperative for them to follow
their directives. The Muslim world is in the power of terrorists.
They can change the rulers of this country whenever they want. If today,
Musharraf and Jamali take the decision to end terrorism from this country,
and if somebody tells them to get out, there will not be any surprise.
In the elections which took place
last year in Pakistan, Muttahada Amal, a party which comprises of six fundamentalist
organisations has been successful in coming to power in two states.
In the Parliament, their number has reached 57. If they get support
of any other group, Jamali Government can be ousted any time. From this
inclination shown Pakistani citizens, it is clear that Pakistan will be
never free of fundamentalism, and hence, Parvez Musharraf has been telling
US that his dictatorship is necessary in Pakistan. If Musharraf had
not been the Chief Commander of Forces of Pakistan, a government of Talibani
people would have been established there long back.
One of the reasons that US had attacked
Iraq was that it wanted to establish democracy in this Muslim nation. In
most of the Muslim nations there is either dictatorship or Military despotism.
No winds of democracy have reached there. No human awareness is seen
there either with the Government or with the people. America thinks that
through democracy, they can have a puppet Government dancing to its tune.
But, just as the Muslim parties came very close to power through democracy,
they will come close to power in other countries too. The explosions on
13th May in Riyadh send terrible tremors to the government of Saudi
Monarchs. This conspiracy of suicidal attack had been planned for killing
American citizens, but in it, Saudi citizens were also killed. Throughout
the world, Saudi citizens were condemned. Only one message came from this
and it was that the terrorists who are sitting outside are so powerful
that they can shake the Governments in the Muslim countries. If democracy
arrives, get the votes of the people by terrorising and threatening them
and when in power, run the government the way they want. Hence, for the
success of the democracy, it is necessary to destroy such extremists, suicidal
people.
The umbilical chord of the Islamic
terrorism anywhere in the world is in some way or other joined to Pakistan.
Pakistan gives them training and the Mullahs and Maulvis give them the
inspiration to establish the Muslim hegemony over the world. It may
be advantageous for Saudi Arabia, Iran or Kuwait and other Muslim nations,
but the work of development of terrorists and of posting them at various
places is done by Pakistan only. While studying all these things, the conclusion
we reach is that Pakistan will never the path of terrorism. Hence, how
it will be form friendship with India if it does not fulfil the condition
laid out by India? India can send its troops across the border and destroy
the terrorist camps, but India has left this work to Pakistan and Pakistan
will never do it. Hence, the relations between the two nations will
never improve.
Dy Prime Minister states in his
every speech the point of terrorism but the Minister for Defence George
Fernandes says there is a reduction in terrorist activities. The one who
knows the tendency of Pakistan does know how much truth is there in these
two statements. The training centres responsible for the explosions in
Riyadh and which were in Afghanistan are now in Pakistan. One can understand
if these centres are in Frontier or Baluchistan because they have their
supporters there, but these centres are in Punjab which is very surprising.
Their camps are in farms or in such places which cannot be easily identified.
At the entrance of such a camp having
180 acres of area, there is board with the name Lashkar-e-Toyba.
This main entrance is always locked. There is nobody else except a watchman.
On entering it further, it is found that this is a regular factory of turning
out Jihadis. For the first three months, a Mullah reads them various books
including Koran about Jihad. After they are brain-washed, they are
promoted to higher class. There they are trained in the use of weapons.
Then, he is trained in the geography of the area of his posting so that
he can reach there. The commander decides where the trained person should
be posted and introduces him about the dialects and ways of talking and
behaviour in that area. For training a terrorist, a time of 6 months to
2 years is required. Almost all the Al-Qaeda terrorists whom US is hunting
are hiding in Pakistan. Later these absconding terrorists are appointed
as teachers in such terrorist schools.
During March and April 2003, Pakistani
citizens caught 5 Al-Qaeda terrorists and handed them over to the Press.
But there is no news as to what happened to them and if they were handed
over to US. The truth is to wipe out the accusation of support to terrorists,
Pakistan has been enacting such dramas. Hence, there is no check on terrorists
neither they are punished. If any Government is punishing such terrorists,
some organisation with the cudgel of Human Rights opposes it. These
supporters of Human Rights are never seen giving support to the victims
of the terrorists. In such circumstances, how the terrorism can be curbed?
In 2002, Pakistan under pressure
of the US, banned terrorist groups like Lakskar-e-Toyba, Jaish-e-Mohammed,
Sipahe Sahaba. After some days, people from these very groups started
their work under another name and not only that, but started their sites
and Ids on email. This proves that Miya Musharraf is fooling the world.
Retired Engineer, Prof. Hafij Sayeed, has become the Pracharak of Lashkar-e-Toyba
and has been telling the people that "Allah has told us to make nuclear
bombs. But US on the other hand is telling them that if you make
nuclear bombs, you will be yourself annihilated. Now people should decide
whom to listen Allah or America?" Pak Government arrested him for
this provocative speech. But later, the Assistant of Musharraf, Gemeral
Quereshi told, "since there was no evidence of any kind, we had to release
him".
Some days back, Pakistani Daily
"Nava-e-Waqt" had given the news that Jaish-e-Mohammed has started another
organisation by changing its name and its office in Lahore near a Masjid.
Youths are being recruited there. At the time of recruitment, dollars
worth Pakistani Rs.50,000/- are given to them. In the Masjid in Pakistan,
people coming there are from age-group of 20-45 years. According
to the trainers, Masjids are their supply line. Every third child goes
to Madarassa in Pakistan. They are provided free boarding and lodging facilities.
These children are told the stories of Jihad from the beginning only. The
principle of "You have been born to serve Islam" is indoctrinated on them.
"You must fight to discharge your holy duty. You are the soldiers of Allah's
army. Only Islamic religion is going to survive in the world. Hence,
listen to this message of Allah and execute it."
In Madina, Riyadh, Damascus, Rumallah,
Egypt or Yemen, there is not a single terrorist organisation in which there
is no Pakistan-trained fundamentalist. Pakistan is proud of these
Jihadi soldiers. And hence, Pakistan is not only a country of terrorists,
but it is an international platform for terrorists.
