One cannot hide from Indians on
Earth. Too many Indians are spread around the world. Except the authority
(and media) in India wanted to protect these run-aways.
One classic example of Indian authorities
fooling Indians: In the CBI website which was seeking information on fugitives
(wanted list), under OttaviO Quattrocchi, they mentioned "Photo not available".
Any guess where you can find this
