Pejawar Mutt, Udupi, will organise
a 10-day camp on 'Hindu Lifestyle' from May 20 to 29 at Sharada Vidyalaya,
Mangalore, said Pejawar Seer Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji.
Swamiji told reporters that yoga,
sandhya vandanam, sthotras, way of performing daily poojas and Hindu religious
rituals would be taught in the camp.
Special lectures on Hindu religion
and culture would be held.
''This is the first camp of its
kind. Depending on its success, similar camps will also be organised statewide,''
Swamiji said.
He said high school and college
Hindu boys, irrespective of their caste affiliations, can participate in
the camp. Food and boarding would be provided free of cost, he said.
