"We all should contribute to Nation building. When India becomes Vishwaguru, conflicts will end in the entire world and peace shall prevail", said RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in Khatauli where he attended 65th Annual Mahotsav of Lord Krishna Temple.

"Temple was our way of life in which education used to be imparted, fitness centres used to run there, employment opportunities were generated and culture flourished. Foreigners who aimed at enslaving us after looting us turned their attention to our temples. It was done not to acquire them but to break our morale. But the temple is our legacy and we must all preserve it", he further said in the event attended by several seers.

After the Khatauli event Bhagwat left for Meerut to attend a seminar on 'India's Water Resources: Issues, Challenges and Solutions, held at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University under the aegis of Neer Foundation, an NGO working for environment conservation.

"Whether you stock or don't stock wealth for your future generations, it's imperative to give utmost importance to the environment conservation. Depleting water table is a burning issue not only in India but the entire world and it is the most important element for our survival and every effort should be put in to conserve this source", said Bhagwat.
